NNT Membership Terms and Conditions

⦁ I acknowledge that I am an independent Neopreneur of Neo Network of Technologies Corp.

⦁ By entering into this agreement, I confirm that I am of legal age. Minors must obtain parental consent.

⦁ Prior to selling NNT products and services, I have either attended or been presented with the Neo Network of Technologies Corp Business Presentation (NBP) and product demonstration.

⦁ This application constitutes a binding agreement between myself and Neo Network of Technologies Corp, effective upon receipt and approval by NNT.

⦁ I agree to join only the sponsor indicated in the application form and adhere to the "three month rule" if I decide to join another line, subject to approval.

⦁ I understand that I am an independent Neopreneur, and this agreement does not establish an employer-employee relationship.

⦁ I will not sell products and services that directly compete with NNT product lines and services. NNT reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate my membership and cancel all commissions earned without prior notice in case of violation.

⦁ Neo Network of Technologies Corp shall not be held responsible or liable for any misrepresentation, revisions, modifications, or alterations of the company's trademark, brand, logo, marketing plan, products, marketing collaterals, and other company-provided marketing and sales tools made by its Neopreneurs.

⦁ I shall diligently pay all taxes due to the designated government agency/local government unit on taxable sales bonuses earned from the sales of NNT Products and Services.

⦁ I understand and agree that Neo Network of Technologies Corp reserves the right to change, modify, revise, and update its existing policies and business plan for the best interest of NNT and its Neopreneurs without prior notice. Selected key leaders shall be informed or advised first before the implementation of such changes.

⦁ As a Neopreneur, I will abide by the company's rules and regulations and shall be obliged to follow them. Violations may result in sanctions and penalties as provided in the Code of Ethics.

⦁ I acknowledge that all purchases made from Neo Network of Technologies Corp are final, and there will be no refunds due to change of mind or heart.

⦁ I agree to fulfill the maintenance requirement/s per month based on the compensation plan policies to receive my bonuses or commissions.

⦁ All commissions are subject to a 10% withholding tax.

⦁ I agree that my Neopreneur account/s shall be transferable to my legal beneficiary in the event of my death.

⦁ By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein.
